SACRAMENTO Employees of banks, savings associations and credit unions who suspect someone is trying to steal the savings of an elderly customer will be required to report their concerns under a bill signed into law Monday by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The bill's supporters said employees of financial institutions can spot signs that someone is trying to take control of an elderly or dependent adult's money or property before the victim's life savings can be drained.See the full content of this document
