BELLFLOWER A 46-year-old Cerritos woman pleaded not guilty Thursday to grand theft and fraud after allegedly disguising herself as a charity worker in a scheme to steal her neighbor's car.

Susan Michele Lyons approached a 68-year-old woman in her condominium complex in April 2004 and said she was affiliated with a charity and could arrange for the woman's aging car to be donated, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Detective Christopher Derry.
