A Slower, More Quiet Long Beach
Long Beach, Wash., has an extensive shoreline and a structure called The Breakers, but little else in common with its much larger counterpart in California.
The Long Beach Peninsula may be home to more ducks, geese, hawks, snipes, owls, beaver, otter, raccoon, deer and elk than people.
