LONG BEACH - The White House has teamed up with dozens of Southern California farmers and manufacturers to rejuvenate support for a trio of stalled free-trade agreements.

The move comes as Congress is reportedly nearing a vote on deals with South Korea, Colombia and Panama designed to help meet President Barack Obama's goal of doubling U.S. exports by 2015.
