SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge heard arguments Wednesday in a lawsuit filed by the Long Beach Unified School District against the city of Long Beach over a proposed expansion of the Long Beach Airport terminal.
Judge Thierry Patrick Colaw issued a tentative ruling earlier this week in favor of the city, which approved an environmental impact report on the proposed terminal in June 2006.
