LONG BEACH - The Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has won a legal crusade against the city of Long Beach that will allow the chamber to collect large political contributions to help fund local campaigns.
This week's ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez finalizes a permanent injunction that bars the city from enforcing a part of the Long Beach Campaign Reform Act.
