SITTING PRETTY: It's 1998 and the Chicago Cubs' Sammy Sosa and St. Louis Cardinals' Mark McGwire are chasing the Major League home run record through the summer and fall.
Our own personal executive editor Rich Archbold calls us into his office. He's just being friendly, which is not always a good thing: "Timmy! Come in here, grab a seat. Sammy's up!" so we grab a chair at the conference table and just like that, Sosa hits a home run.
