LONG BEACH - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger urged Congress to continue supporting the C-17 Globemaster III airlift program in a letter sent Friday to the Committee on Appropriations.
An additional 15 C-17s, valued at $3.6 billion, have been included in this year's Supplemental Appropriations Act. Schwarzenegger wrote that he urges the Committee on Appropriations to include funding for another 15 in the 2009 Appropriations Act.See the full content of this document
