Attention Fashionistas! Do you have trouble pinpointing exactly what "dressy casual" means? The first segment of clothes shown at the Children's Memorial Hospital Auxiliary's annual Fashion Show certainly went a long way in showing high fashion "casual." First of all, you use the finest fabrics available (noticeable even from second or third row seats!), add impeccable tailoring, combine separates such as a broad band black and white off the shoulder largish sweater over thin legged slacks. Then, and this is a must, you place these seemingly casual clothes on a gorgeous, very slender, young model with five inch high heels. This, my friends, is high fashion "dressy casual!"
