LONG BEACH - The heads of the nation's two top real estate Web sites clashed over how their sites offer home estimates during a conference in Long Beach on Tuesday.

Realtor.com president Allan Dalton attacked Zillow.com co- founder Lloyd Frink for ushering in an era of "Realtor minimalism," where consumers armed with home value estimates are on the lookout for the cheapest Realtors without regard to experience.
