Summary
On Oct. 22, the Press-Telegram published an extensive front- page, above-the-fold article under the two-inch headline: "Lobstergate." Due to a pending lawsuit, I have been advised by the city attorney's office not to comment on the salacious article.
Nonetheless, I feel compelled to respond. I hardly expected such an expos on a three-year-old misconduct incident, which was administratively resolved in 2004 with the imposition of significant disciplinary action on the nine police officers involved.See the full content of this document
