SANTA ANA -- Calling it one of the most egregious cases he's seen, an Orange County prosecutor filed a charge of felony drunk driving and hit-and-run against a Long Beach Fire captain Wednesday and issued a $250,000 warrant for the man's arrest.

Capt. John Hines faces a possible six years in prison if convicted on all counts, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
