Summary
When Sashelle Hedrick was growing up, her father told her the story of a Joy Division T-shirt he had left at a friend's apartment while he was homeless, and how he fell in love with the girl who ended up wearing it to a show at the Variety Arts Center in Los Angeles.
Her mother, Lisa Christine, was 15 1/2 when she ran away to Hollywood from Downey and was often homeless around the same time her father was.
